Expert Support for Eagle Iron Works Equipment

At KastRock, we're proud to be your premier source for Eagle Iron Works (EIW) washing and classifying equipment in Florida. Since becoming an EIW dealer in 2014, we've installed over 50 pieces of their top-quality machinery across the state. Our team of seasoned professionals is dedicated to helping you find the right EIW solutions for your needs, backed by unparalleled service and support.

EIW Equipment We Offer

As a full-service EIW dealer, we carry a wide range of their industry-leading washing and classifying equipment:

• Attrition Scrubbers: Improve sand quality by removing deleterious material via grain-on-grain scrubbing.

• Classifying Tanks: Ideal for removing silt and excess water from slurry feeds, making multiple products from a single feed.

• Coarse Material Washers: Provide light to moderate scrubbing to remove deleterious materials like soluble clay and dust coatings from gravel and crushed stone feeds.

• Dewatering Screens: Remove excess moisture from partially dewatered material, producing a drip-free product that's conveyable and stackable.

• Fine Material Washers: Wash, classify, and dewater sand to ensure a clean, in-spec product.

• Log Washers: Remove tough, insoluble, high-plasticity clays from rock and hard ore feeds through rugged rock-on-rock scrubbing.

• Pug Mill Mixers: Provide thorough blending of materials for cold-mix or hot-mix asphalt, stabilized base material, reagents in soil remediation projects, and more.

• Sol-Clay Washers: Offer medium-duty scrubbing ideal for removing large quantities of stubborn clays.
