The first day of the training kicked off with an overview presentation on Mellott and our partners, delivered by Ron Teeters and Pat Mearkle. Next, those in attendance then had the opportunity to hear from Norm Refford and Mark Simon who gave an informative presentation on Eagle Crusher. A BBQ lunch was then provided, during which customers were given the chance to relax and network with one another.  

The afternoon featured a presentation from Deister’s Ryan Senter and Scott Murphy, giving customers insight into their products and services. The day concluded with a bus tour of our facility at KastRock, allowing attendees to see firsthand the company's operations and capabilities.

Day two began with an engaging presentation from Ken Welch and Eric Tyree on Eagle Iron Works. Another delicious BBQ lunch was provided, giving customers additional time to connect with the KastRock team and fellow attendees. We then wrapped up the day with a basic applications overview presented by Jason Schetrompf of Mellott, equipping customers with practical knowledge to apply in their own work.
